What to Bring

Plenty of water, for yourself and your friends coming to Starland Community. Sunblock, a hat or other head wear, food for yourself and your friends, and an ice chest to store it in. Bring the book you want to read, and art supplies, to draw your experience. Comfortable shoes are recommended, but not “open toe” sandals.

A towel, for sitting on our communal chairs and sofas nude, and your personal shower and dental hygiene items. Bring a towel, for the shower, and a sleeping bag for tent camping. If your phone doesn’t have a flashlight (or it’s not bright enough), bring a flashlight or two, and spare batteries.

Accommodations

All accommodations include full use of the swimming pool, hot-tub, full community kitchen, bbq facilities, massage hall with massage tables, showers and bathroom facilities, patios, and lounge/playroom areas.

Tent Camping Sites

Enjoy our terraces! Camping is great at our tent sites. We offer subtle morning sun, with exposure to a great breeze and shade, and all sites have great views of the desert wilderness. Cost $30 per site per night, limit two people.

RV Sites 

Five new improved RV sites are available!

  • Full hookups include electricity, potable cold water, and septic service.
    • Nightly: $75/night per site
    • Weekly: $375/week per site
    • Monthly: $900/month per site
  • No-hookup/Dry sites are also available, on our land.
    • Nightly: $45/night per site
    • Weekly: $225/week per site
    • Monthly: $450/month per site

Cozy Cabins 

Come with full or queen-size beds, clean linen, and great views. Unless noted, cabin renters share the common toilets and showers, nearby. Air conditioning available in all cabins and common house.

Vista Arroyo Cabin 

The Vista Arroyo Cabin offers a double bed, a great view of the canyon, and a private 1/2 bath. It’s our own version of a “Honeymoon Suite.”

  • April 1st through October 14:
    • Nightly: $75 per night (one person/one bed)
    • Weekly: $475, plus $150 security deposit
    • Monthly: $1,100 per person (one person/one bed), plus $150 security deposit
    • $20 per night for an additional person
  • October 15th through March 31st:
    • Nightly: $95 per night (one person/one bed)
    • Weekly: $475, plus $150 security deposit
    • Monthly: $1,100 per person (one person/one bed), plus $150 security deposit
    • $20 per night for an additional person

Dream Cabin or Flaming Heights Cabin

Our newly-remodeled cabin, with a new queen bed and furnishings. It’s fresh, modern and restful!

  • April 1st through October 14:
    • Nightly: $60 per night (one person/one bed)
    • Weekly: $350, plus $150 security deposit
    • Monthly: $1,000 per person, one person, plus $150 security deposit
    • $20 per night for an additional person
  • October 15th through March 31st:
    • Nightly: $75 per night per person (one person/one bed)
    • Weekly: No weekly rates
    • Monthly: $1,000 per person, one person, plus $150 security deposit
    • $20 per night for an additional person

Guest Room in Common House

Bottom Sweet: One queen bed

One luxurious queen sized bed. Is close to a 1/2 bath, shared with other visitors and residents. Private doors to outside and nearby kitchen.

Communal Accommodation: The Community Hall

Possible place for groups of five or more:

  • $30 Per Member, for floor mattress use per night
  • $40 Per member, for queen air-bed upgrade use per night.

Hot Tub

We have a Zero to Sixty Seconds Heater! Meaning is has a propane 400,000 BTU gas heater that can heat the spa from 50° to 104° (or desired temperature) in about TEN minutes!

Has “Bells and Whistles.” Options for a jetted lounge and/or “tickly” air bubbles in the seat, and/or a Color-Change LED light. Free with any paid reservation *communal use only.

Day Use 

General admission-$20 per Member, per day (8:00 AM-9:00 PM). We welcome local Members, and those needing to get away during the daylight hours. Day use does not include overnight accommodations. Call us in advance–Day use is seasonally-scheduled, and may be cancelled due to the weather. Shower for day use: $10 per member, in addition to the admission fee.

  • Please ask us about our weekly (and monthly) rates, for our overnight accommodations.

Pets

  • We love pets. We know YOU love your pets. With this in mind, we’re sorry…only small pets are allowed and they are not allowed outside of your RV.
